Seriously impressed with Trainual! We needed a Training Manual Creator and this fit the bill perfectly. Setting up our first few manuals was a breeze, even for someone who isn't super techy. Mostly good, some minor issues

We got Trainual for Process Documentation. The platform is pretty intuitive for creating content and the Content Library was a real time-saver. Delivery was just the software, of course, but onboarding with their system was smooth. Customer service was responsive to my questions about setting up Role-Based Training. My only small gripe is that the search function could be a bit more robust; sometimes it takes a few tries to find exactly what I'm looking for. Overall, a good experience.
